When you’re cleaning for accuracy, you need to realize that using any powder, you’ll have a crust ring in the breech area of that rifle. If you don’t clean the residue out of the barrel, loading the next shot is almost impossible with some bullets. So, always go through a very-regimented cleaning process before firing your next shot.

Hunting Trophy Axis Deer in Hawaii with Chad Schearer

The deer were in full rut. We saw a really-nice buck chasing a doe. I moved to a fence post on this old ranch site and set-up to take the shot. When the buck was clear from the doe, I took the shot with my CVA Accura at about 85 yards, and the axis deer fell.
